Fulham Town House

The larger part of the building was taken down leaving just 3 walls at the side and front. The rear addition on the lower and upper ground floor was demolished and rebuilt. The existing ground floor was lowered to add ceiling height and opened up front to back and extended into the garden.

A lower basement was dug out beneath the entire footprint of the entire fully extended house to create a state of the art cinema room, utility room and accommodation for a nanny. We also extended into the attic to create two additional bedrooms and a family bathroom.

The house was completely rebuilt according to traditional design replacing the original features and finishes whilst using best modern technology and materials to create a highly energy efficient and fully functional space.
