Orders are dispatched within 5–7 business days of order confirmation.

International Shipping
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are charged by the carrier upon customs clearance. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are non-refundable.

Tracking
All orders are shipped using a tracked and signed-for service. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Returns Policy

Returns
Returns on eligible items are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Bespoke items are non-returnable.

As each of our pieces is an antique and one of a kind, signs of age and minor imperfections form part of their character and patina. We encourage you to inspect your purchase upon delivery to ensure you are completely satisfied. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns requested after the 14-day return period.

How to Return an Item
To request a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for returning the item. We will provide return authorisation along with instructions for returning your purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Original shipping charges, import duties and customs fees are non-refundable.
